Good headphones, not perfect.
First, the positives: Sound Quality is pretty good! not fuzzy or slow. Comfortable to wear Can connect to both my laptop and my phone BONUS: stickers stick to them pretty well so i made mine cute 😼 Now the negatives: Doesn't come with its own charger, which is FINE because its not a difficult cord to find, but its annoying. Im not sure if this is just for mine, but when you change the volume using your device, it has a delay. but when using the buttons ON the headphones, its on time. otherwise, they are good, non-pricey headphones. i definitely recommend if you want something good on a budget :)

Nice and Comfortable
This is my second Jlab product and I'm honestly in love with the brand. These headphones are soft and comfortable and, despite not being ANC, do a good job at muffling out any outside noise.

Missing charging cable
The headphones work well so far. But the box did not include a charging cable. Thankfully I have a cable for a different product at home that works for the headphones. Still, that should have been included. The cable included would have earned a 5 star review from me.
