Super comfy and great sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are super comfy! I was surprised how lightweight and gentle these headphones were to wear. The sound is great and very clear. When talking to others they couldn’t hear outside noise like dogs or others in the house! Great initial packaging as well!

Nice headset
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headphones themselves are very comfortable on the head and ears. The two downsides are they feel hollow and don’t have great bass. They do seem to be loud in sound when they are on the ears. The headset is good for gaming.

Just throw them on and you can wear them comfortably for a long time. The ability to replace that, and other parts, is welcome. Quantum spatial sound is very good. You can tell direction easily in game. All levels of sound are clear. Controls are simple. Volume wheel and mute button for detachable microphone.

Great sound quality with comfort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of the JBL Quantum 250 head phones were great looking well packaged. Setup was super easy. Sound was great and perfect for gaming and video calls. All could hear me clearly. Headphones are very comfortable and not to hot on my ears. Microphone arm is pliable and easy to manipulate to a comfortable position for optimal voice clarity. The Quantum 250 headphones are perfect for your gaming, video and music needs. I really like that microphone is removable for just when your listening to music or tv. Exactly what I expect from JBL great sound and great quality in a good looking package.

Not wireless
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fit very snuggly and sound amazing like typical JBL offers. Unfortunately they’re not wireless, however, that just eliminates the need for charging.

These wired headphones are great for plug in gamin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are very comfortable for this old gamer, lol Very crisp, sound is well balanced. The wire to connect to my iMac Pro is long and plugs right into the 3.5mm plug. Like they fold flat for easy storage. I was concerned about the cable but it was not an issue. I liked the braided cover on the cable.

Comfortable fit with a high tech sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lightweight comfortable fit with no harsh impact to the head or ears. The quality is good and has sturdy material making it good incase of accidents. Its a easy setup to connect with gaming pads and computers. Thanks to the 3.5 mm jack the sound quality is amazing and easy to customize the sound because of the JBL app, my favorite feature is the spatial sound which makes you feel like you are one with the game. The firmware has a great performance and no bugs.

Quality headset with solid performance!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Quantum 250 is a solid pick for gamers who want quality audio without spending a fortune. Its 50mm drivers and spacial sound makes for a really immersive experience and the lightweight design with fabric cushion stays comfortable even during long sessions. Whats super cool is the modular setup that lets you swap out the mic or cable if they wear out instead of buying a whole new pair. Its a simple, reliable plug and play headset that works with pretty much everything.

Great Sound & Comfort!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Intense Sound! Exceptional Comfort! I used these headphones for a variety of things. Zoom meetings, gaming, and general music listening. One thing I loved the most was how comfortable and versatile they are. Super comfortable on my head for long meetings. The detachable mic was great for when it was time to listen to music and even when packing up for travel. The sound is fantastic. What you would expect from high quality products like JBL. I truly enjoyed the roller volume button on the side to conveniently adjust sound.

Loved it
I’ve been really impressed with the JBL Quantum 250 Gaming Headphones. The sound quality is excellent, especially for gaming. The audio is clear and immersive, which makes it much easier to hear small details like footsteps or background sounds during gameplay. They are also very comfortable to wear, even during long gaming sessions. The ear cushions are soft and the headset feels lightweight, so it doesn’t put pressure on your head. The microphone works well too – my voice comes through clearly when I’m chatting with teammates. Another thing I like is the simple but modern design. They look great and feel durable. Overall, this is a great gaming headset for the price and a solid choice for anyone who wants good sound quality, comfort, and reliability while gaming.

Good Solid Gaming Headset
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Quantum 250 is a solid, wired, multiplatform, gaming headset. It can be used on almost any platform, including PlayStation, Nintendo Switch or Xbox using the 3.5mm audio cable. At first, I was a little put off by the fact that it was wired, rather than wireless, but, in this case, being wired increases functionality across platforms. The headset is very soft and “plush” feeling, with padding and a mesh hammock meant to make it more comfortable for longer gaming sessions. The over the ear cushions are made of a soft fabric and they can be easily replaced, if need be. The mesh hammock in the headset that makes for a softer feel than having the band of the headset on your head. Even with all of the cushioning and the hammock insert, the headset felt a little tight on my head creating some tension. With more wear and adjustment to the over the ear style, I’m sure I’d get used to the feel of the headsets, but I took off one star for the feel of the headset during my initial wearing. Once I wore it for a while, it did begin to feel more comfortable though. There’s a detachable, noise-cancelling boom microphone with windshield foam that works well so those you are talking to can hear you loud and clear. In typical JBL fashion, the sound in the headsets is good and makes for enjoyable gaming sessions. JBL uses its Quantum Spatial Sound technology to give you that natural, accurate surround sound needed to bring your gaming sessions to life. If you are looking for a good, wired gaming headset that you can use across various platforms, check out the JBL Quantum 250. I could also see this headset being useful in the context of someone who works at home and who participates in a lot of long video/conference calls. I used it on a video call and the other person said that the sound was crisp and clear.

A solid budget offering from JBL
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is something to be said about a basic headset that just works. These are simple to use and worked great on my PC and Xbox and seemed to work fine for my kids Nintendo Switch too. They look really cool and seem well made and reasonably durable which is what you expect from JBL at this price point. I’m a bit confused as the box and packaging lead me to believe that you can make additional adjustments via the JBL app however I don’t think that’s accurate since these seem to be an old school plug and play 3.5mm sorta setup. No batteries, no Bluetooth or anything like that. Perhaps I’m wrong but I didn’t get it to pair up and didn’t spend any extra time on it since I’m pretty sure this particular model doesn’t actually have that feature. The hard point here is that given the price, they’re just nothing super special. Personally.. it’s fine for my kid, he will use it and it saves me the headache of a wireless headset and pairing issues. But I already have a much nicer JBL Quantum 800 wireless headset that I very much enjoy and use for work, gaming, music, etc. I would encourage anyone who wants a more premium headset to spend a little more, but if you just want a decent durable headset for your kid to use for gaming, this is a fine choice. They are just that. Nothing special. Plug and play and try my work and have “good enough” audio quality, especially for a younger audience that’s not picky about high fidelity audio. They do have decent bass, but perhaps it’s just the lack of any noise cancellation they just sound a bit hollow. As far as we could tell, the microphone seems to be decent, it’s clear and for communication purposes it’s good enough for that but I wouldn’t suggest it for vlogging or anything where you need high quality audio. I honestly just see these being an option for kids more than anything else. If you’re an adult and you’re wanting something for daily use, I would pony up and buy one of JBLs more premium offerings.

Solid Sound, Setup Snags
JBL Quantum 250 gaming headphones deliver solid performance for the price. Sound quality shines with clear, immersive spatial audio, excellent noise isolation—even maxed-out nearby sounds fade away—and a natural-sounding, detachable mic that picks up every detail. Comfortable ear cushions are replaceable for long sessions, but the non-adjustable mic and need for a special AUX splitter (to run audio and mic simultaneously) can frustrate beginners. Overall, a great pick for casual gamers with the right setup.

Excellent product for the price
I've been using these headphones for PC gaming for a few weeks now, and I have to say they're really good overall for the price. The audio is powerful and clear, and the 50mm drivers are especially noticeable in shooters, where directionality helps a lot. Comfort is another strong point: I can wear them for hours without discomfort thanks to the breathable fabric earpads and lightweight headband. The microphone works well, and teammates can hear me clearly, and the software allows for several useful customizations. I also appreciate that some parts are replaceable, so they should last a long time. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 only because there's sometimes a slight feedback/echo in voice chats, especially at high volumes. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's enough to notice. Overall, I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable gaming headset from JBL without breaking the bank.

Good sounding comfortable headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent pair of headphones for gaming/movies/music. Clear, straightforward sound quality. Nothing really stands out though. Not very dynamic. Passable though. Comfortable head and but kind of loose feeling, they feel like they could be shaken off very easily.

Wired gaming headphones at a good price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these headphones plugged into my PC. They have good sound. The spatial sound allows you to hear where different things are coming from like shooting or footsteps. They are very comfortable with the hammock and ear cups both of which are replaceable, if ever needed. The microphone is good but wish it was adjustable. It does come with a windshield foam. The microphone is noise canceling so only your voice is heard. You can load Quantum Engine to personalize the sound you hear. The headphones feel good in my hands and are sharp looking.
