[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These patches actually work! It’s weird to think it has a piece of metal on the patch, but it’s not painful to apply and you barely feel it on. The packaging was a bit confusing because you could touch the metal siding as it’s exposed. But honestly it worked, I woke up the next day without the deep zit that was threatening to come out.

The instructions were simple but I wish the would’ve mentioned how to take it off the paper. Still waiting to see my results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a cystic acne pimple on my forehead and a regular one on my chin so I went ahead and tried these out! I left mine on over night. They stayed on perfectly the whole night!!! I even use tallow on my face at night so I was impressed that they stayed on. My chin one was smooth in the AM and I noticed that it was extracted onto the patch!! 🤯 It doesn’t work the same on cystic acne though, much better for a typical pimple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried The Hanhoo EraZit Magnesium Microneedle Patch and really liked them. They’re easy to apply and stay on well overnight. I used one on an inflamed pimple and noticed the redness and swelling looked better by the next morning. They also felt gentle on the skin and didn’t cause irritation. Great option for stubborn breakouts!

These work well, easy to apply, if your hard of seeing like I am without glasses just feel where the blemish is and attach. It so much easier to get these out of their packaging. I definitely see an approvement, they also don’t stick out like a sore thumb so if I need to run to the supermarket they aren’t so visible and if they are so what they are cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not sure my before and after pictures did this justice but applying before bed and removing at wake up I noticed my pimple had shrunk down considerably, to an unnoticeable amount. I don’t get pimples often and these are wonderful— no residue, no irritation, and redness after removal was only momentary for me. I don’t have sensitive skin but I do think these have ingredients that work!

I had a large zit brewing, so I popped on one of these patches, and in the morning most of the swelling was gone and the zit was much smaller in size. I would definitely recommend this product.

My face is just chose for the last two months not to break out therefore could not use product and I don’t want this to get a mark on my account, but I want to give an honest review I 100% believe this product would work with the ingredients that are in the product plus then little needles I feel the pimple would definitely go away within a few days so I definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to be honest, I was pretty unsure about these at first. The package arrived a little bent and dinged up, but nothing was damaged. I had just never seen any zit patches like these. They almost looked like cybernetic attachments from a sci fi movie with the little silver area in the middle. I couldn’t imagine that somehow the 8 patches included in the container would be anything that worthwhile let alone that it would be enough to make any significant changes but I was down to try. My skin had been going through a horrible bout of acne so I was desperate for ANYTHING that would help. When I pulled the patches out of the box I saw they were extra sealed with instructions geared towards keeping them bacteria free. I was starting to become impressed. I carefully placed the first ones on, I could immediately feel a light tingling as the patches started to do their job. The patches have not only hydrocolloid to absorb exess sebum and “pus” but they also contain magnesium to. Help calm the skin in the form of microneedles which are designed to deliver ongoing magnesium deep into the pore to help decrease inflammation and encourage healing. The next day when I removed the patches I could instantly see improvement! My acne was pretty deep and inflamed so it didn’t just entirely disappear overnight but the swelling and redness was drastically diminished! Overall, I would say that these effectively do what they claim to do and really help the healing process of deep, inflamed acne.

I tend to get small, surface-level pimples, so I expected the microneedles to help absorb impurities more effectively. However, they didn’t seem to make any difference to my breakouts. I even wore them for extended periods almost all day and night for more than two days but saw no improvement at all. Honestly, I don’t think the microneedles penetrate the skin as claimed. Considering you only get 8 patches per box, the price doesn’t feel worth it for what you get. Overall, this product didn’t live up to its promises, and I wouldn’t purchase it again.

It didn’t do anything. There was no scent. The packaging was fine. The ingredients were clean however there was no impact whatsoever if anything my pimple was more inflamed.
