Bad reaction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely excited to receive these products since I’ve seen such great things. First- the consistency in each one of these was perfect. The double repair moisturizer and the clarifying solution absorbed into my skin so well. The moisturizer left a very nice finish , it was in fact matte yet moisturized. The cleanser worked well and left my face feeling clean and removed makeup very well. The downside- I used as directed without any other products and my skin absolutely hated me. I broke out badly for the first time in months and I got tiny bumps all over my face that were very difficult to get rid of. I don’t think these products are bad, but I definitely think my skin isn’t a fan. I tried slowly incorporating these products into my routine again, and again my skin reacted badly.

It’s such an easy use and leaves my skin super soft. However my rating a 3 because of the clarifying solution. I applied it for a week and it immediately started to break me out. I have oily skin so maybe it just doesn’t work with my skin type but might work for others. The gel cleanser i don’t have any complains for it, it does its job. However the best part of this package was the moisturizer as you can see I am half way through the bottle and would buy again.

Game Changer for Acne
I had a bad acne flare up in July. I ran out of the cleanser but have been using the toner and acne treatment from this line for almost three months now. I have seen a huge improvement in my skin. I use the La Roche Posay prebiotic thermal water cleanser, tone with the effaclar clarifying solution, and use the effaclar acne treatment at night. I know it seems a bit pricey for amount of product you get with the set; however, a little has gone a long way for me, and it’s the perfect set to test out whether it works for you without paying full price for individual products.

Hydrated Skin with Minor Letdowns
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled to try this brand, but I was disappointed to find that none of the products had barcodes to scan the ingredients. The moisturizer left a residue that could be easily rubbed off, but I believe it did help moisturize my skin. However, the clarifying solution didn’t seem to unclog my pores; in fact, it caused pimples on my nose. The face wash was okay; you can smell that it’s medicated. I like how it foams. I’m not sure if it helped with acne, but it didn’t cause more. I’m too scared to use it daily due to how drying it is.

I purchased this product for my daughter who is at college. Cerevea, and other popular brands never worked in high school. She has always had mild skin issues, so an occational pimple patch for flare ups had always done the trick. With the added stress and environmental factors of college, her beautiful face was breaking out so much. This product has changed her skin!! She has always been gorgeous, but after a recent picture I actually asked if she was using a filter. Her skin is glowing and flawless!!!
