Which is a huge plus. it has a Slim rectangle shape. perfect Perfectly agains my cabinets. Without taking too much space. The lid has an option to stay open as you are taking the trash bag out and there is also a compartment that can be taken out so that it is easier to put or take out the trash bag. The hinge is quiet and smooth. The 13 gallon is perfect for a kitchen. The best part about this brand is that there is no installation and it comes with sample bags ready to use. Their bags are also high quality bags.

My only complaint with it would be that the inner plastic section where the liners go suctions into the can, and it can be hard to remove it to empty the trashcan when it gets full. It’s only slightly inconvenient for taking the trash out and loading the can liner back in. However, it’s such a small flaw that it does not detract from the overall experience of the can.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, the inner plastic liner came cracked in two places along the top. I’m unable to get the liner out to put a trash bag around it, I found a trash compactor bag fit around the entire lid instead. The damage doesn’t get in the way of using the trash can, and the step function works very well and silently. The locking mechanism is an amazing addition if you need to keep the lid open. The can comes with liner bags, which is incredibly generous of EKO. Besides the damage, the garbage can is great. Very sleek looking, 50 liter capacity is perfect for my households needs. I haven’t noticed any garbage smell when the lid is closed.
