It does have a smaller opening for larger items you toss, and it can get annoying to wait for the lid to open. It’s easy to remove the top to remove your bag, so cleaning is very minimal. The sensor is a bit sensitive, so I wonder how long the batteries will last. Haven’t wanted to replace it with our old one yet, so it’s been good so far. My other one was super heavy and this isn’t so I like how much lighter it is if I need to wash it out.

The motion sensor is incredibly responsive just a quick hand hover and it opens, and it stays open as long as you need it, which is perfect when you're cooking or cleaning. One of my favorite features is that there's no inner removable bin. At first I wasn't sure, but it actually makes changing the bag so much easier. You just put the bag straight in no more trying to sandwich it between the liner and the can. Overall, it’s more convenient, less fussy, and surprisingly a big upgrade in every day use

The stainless steel is fingerproof resistant which I love. It’s easy to keep it clean and setup. All you need is batteries and you’re good to go. It’s silent and you don’t really hear it opening nor closing. It responds quickly. As soon as it senses your close it opens . I also like that it has the option to leave it open until you decide you want to close it in case your have several things you are throwing away at the same time.

We’ve been using the trash can for about a week and absolutely love it. It opens quickly and closes quietly. As a replacement for a sensor trash can we thought worked really well, this is even better. It’s exceeded our expectations.

Installing was very simple, now let’s see how long will it last. Installing will see in a few weeks if I need to replace it.

The black stainless steel looks sleek and hides fingerprints better than silver stainless steel. I like that the top pops off completely so I can wrap the bag around the can itself and the lid sits on top helping to camouflage the look of the bag and to secure it. This loses a star because the top is lightweight. I’d prefer it to be more heavy duty. However I’m moving this to my laundry room so it will work fine.

It is motion activated to open as well as has a “Stay Open” touch button and then a close to manually shut the lid. It’s battery operated and easy to change. It comes with 12 of their 10.6-15.9 GAL bags which perfectly fit and stay in place with the liner ring. I have been using this for over a week and it has made my kitchen cooking so smooth.
