I received this on the 31 of December, didn’t use it until the 2nd of January. Last night, the 11th, it kept saying it couldn’t find docking station. The battery dies quick and I have tried everything by unplugging, plugging back in etc and it still doesn’t work. It says it will charge for like one minute and then it shuts off completely. Extremely annoyed because I can’t return it for a new one. Very disappointed and very expensive to only work a couple of times.

A powerful robot.
I bought this robot vacuum as a Christmas gift for my wife. It’s not cheap, but its functionality is truly impressive. Both the robot itself and the control app offer a wide range of settings that basically meet all our room-cleaning needs. During vacuuming, the suction power is strong enough, and when mopping, it cleans very thoroughly. It also switches seamlessly between carpets and hard floors and has never gotten stuck. We’ve been using this robot for over a month now and are very satisfied with it. One thing worth noting is that no cleaning solution is included in the box. If you want to use it as soon as it arrives, you should buy a cleaning solution in advance. A regular one is sufficient—unless your floors are especially greasy, there’s no need to buy a heavy-duty detergent.

Technology is advancing incredibly fast. This new robot vacuum is very easy to use, with automatic mop washing and drying, and the noise level is not very high. It creates maps very quickly, has highly sensitive sensors, and can automatically detect and avoid obstacles much faster and more accurately than my previous older model. The base station has very strong suction power, and the intelligent cleaning performance is excellent. The app designed for this brand is also very detailed, making room cleaning much smarter. It can automatically distinguish between carpets and hard floors by increasing detection sensitivity, and adjust mopping or vacuuming strength accordingly. The overall design also looks very sleek and attractive.

Impressive mop/vaccum
Love this robot. It is much better than our last one from another company. It rarely ever runs into things and doesn’t make marks on our baseboards. Also, we were hesitant to get the mop version of a robot but have been very pleased with how easy it is and the results of leaving clean, shiny floors. At first there were streaks but we were able to tell it which way the tiles laid so it could go with the grain.

My old robot vacuum left black dirt residue along wall edges that it couldn’t reach, but this one’s roller gets so much closer! it cuts down a ton of the edge grime. Great upgrade for edge cleaning!

Loving it
I purchased 1 unit and gave it a month's trial. I then loved it coming from the omni X2, so I purchased 2 more. The battery lasts longer than any evacs machine I have owned. I was nervous about the new roller pad vs the 2 spin pads for mopping but I ended up liking it. All and all 10 out of 10
