Great work!
I’v got this new robot for about a week, after couple days for using this, I sold my old robot. The new design is way better than the old type. It clean my room way faster than my old one. And the charging station is not that big and heavy. Only add clean water once for now. The shipping was fast. Love this purchase so far.

We bought this for our mom as a Christmas gift. She used to have another brand of the robot vacuum, she said this is more upgraded one and more smart than the one she had before. This one is more smarter because it can both vacuum and mop, which saves her a lot of housework time. We tested for couple times and it did great work cleaning and mop for both floors and carpet. Also, this vacuum is so sweet that it knows today is Christmas so it shows the picture of Santa Claus. Recommend to buy this!

Very happy with this purchase!
Very happy with this puchase! I used it for a week now and the funtionailty of this cleaning robot is very simple. Compare to the pervious other cleaning robot i had, it is able to get to the corner of the floor and wall area. Very quiet and self clean. I would definitly recommand this to my friends and family

Love it!
I honestly didn’t expect it to work this well. The floors actually feel clean — especially after the mopping feature runs. Walking around barefoot doesn’t feel sticky anymore, which is a big deal in our house. The vacuum itself isn’t too large, so it easily goes under the sofa and brings out things I didn’t even know were there. When I opened the dust container, I was honestly shocked. I really thought my floors were already clean… apparently not 😂

Deebot T80
Never had a robot vacuum before. I read many reviews before deciding on the Deebot T80 Omni. Since I did not have experience and am an older person, I wanted a system that was easier to set up. When I received the unit, it was well packaged. I opened the box and followed the very basic and simple assembly instructions. No issues at all and very easy to do. I downloaded the app and the unit and the app all connected to itself and the wifi with no issues at all. After allowing the unit to charge, I followed the directions of the app and set it out on its mission to map our second floor. BTW - we do have stairs and they were not blocked off. I am not sure how the mapping algorithm was developed but the movement and mapping was quite bizarre. I would think there was a much more efficient way to accomplish the mapping BUT it did fully map our 2nd floor and identified the stairs and did not fall down the stairs. Very impressive, just weird the way it went about it. It detected all of our furniture and other "obstacles". The mapping took about 45 minutes. It identified both our carpeted areas and hardwood areas. This was all done with vacuum off, as recommended. The next day we let "Hazel" loose to vacuum the upstairs. I did add a virtual border by the stairs to just double secure it from taking a tumble. Better to be safe than sorry! Anyway, Hazel fired up her vacuum and went to town. I did vacuum only, no mopping. Again, just me easing into this. She (Hazel) the Deebot, went and did her thing. I must admit I was pretty impressed and it covered the entire area and did a very good job of capturing debris that was in corners and close to a wall. It also did great with navigating around furniture and obstacles to clean as close as possible. Hazel did get confused at one point, when it needed to go home and unload. It got lost and kind of stuck in a corner thinking the corner was the home base. All I did was pick it up and I took it back to home base. It recognized where it was, engaged with the base and emptied itself. It then continued on to complete its task. I believe this is just a learning issue and have no concern about this glitch. I still have not tried mopping yet. I will be interested to see how well it does with ciphering the difference between the hardwood and carpet, so as not to get the carpet wet. At this point, both my wife and I are very impressed and she is already talking about getting another one for our main floor. Only took our two goldendoodles about 10 minutes to acclimate to their new little electronic buddy. The next day when I actually used it to vacuum, they gave it no mind.
