just the right size
As an executive chef, I find myself working on new recipes at home quite often. At work I have access to a lot of institutional size equipment, for preparing and serving food to over a hundred guests. As I am not preparing such a large amount during home testings, the mini-chopper is just the right tool for many applications, from chopping to blending, aioli to pate.....Easy to clean, to be able to move on to the next use.

Perfect kitchen appliance
I was given my first mini 30 years ago. Sadly it collapsed last summer. I was given my second mini 2 months ago. I love having the mini rather than the “biggie” because I am usually preparing a meal for one or two people. The mini gives me everything the “biggie” does and it’s easier to lift, maintain and clean.

I found 2 little pieces of plastic outside of the container. In all honesty, did not call customer service and investigate where it came from. But got my choir done well.

Easy to use and very light.

Reliable Little Chop Chop
I had an earlier version of this back in 2012! It was a great little machine that I could use for everything from pesto to making peanut butter. In a new place and realize that I don't need a big one, so bought this one based on my prior experience. Excellent, handy kitchen tool!

Does exactly what it is supposed to do
I needed a very small chopper to do basic things like chopping, nuts or shallots, or mixing dressings. This is perfect for the very small jobs, easy to clean and nice and compact. Not sure I can tell the difference between the chop and grind settings other than one spins clockwise, and the other counterclockwise, but sometimes alternating between the two is very helpful. Very happy with my chopper.

I have used a larger chopper in the past, but for a small job I found the mini-chopper works better and faster as the material doesn’t just twirl around the bowl, it actually gets chopped. I also found it much easier to clean.

Mini blender
It is small but perfect for me. The only issue in the learning curve about this product is if the cup is not clipped in tightly and the lid is not turned until you hear a click it will not work. At first I thought it was broken but it’s not. Not a complaint just took a bit for me to figure out. It would be nice if they would have put a little instruction paper in the box.

Cuisi-NOT!
I was so excited to finally find a good size small food processor to help make quick dips and chop nuts. However, upon 3rd usage, the process stopped spinning. I tried the typical troubleshooting: ensuring that the container was put on correctly, make sure the lid was tight and locked, that the outlet wasn't the issue. Unfortunately, I never got it to work. Sad to say that I couldn't even enjoy the hummus that I was making that day.
