The cookie mixes from the bag are extremely poor quality. I only use these in a pinch when I need additional cookie fillers for boxes during the holidays. I am so glad I had my husband taste test these! These are disgusting and I would have been disappointed if I received these as a baked goodie. They were all a waste of money. It did save time however they are such poor quality, they went in the trash. Next year, I will just make all homemade cookies and start a little early. Placing homemade cookie mixes in the freezer is always a win. Start with one per week, starting Nov 1, and you will have plenty of cookie mixes for your Christmas Boxes on the 23rd of Dec!

I tried literally every trick in the book and this dough was just too sticky to make cutout shapes! I chilled it for up to 30 minutes and added a dusting of flour to the counter and still just a mess. Kind of annoyed after all of that but i made them into ginger snap type cookies and atleast those tasted good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are probably my favorite tasting gingerbread cookies that aren’t made from scratch. When you need a quick easy go to for a quick treat or homemade gift, these are a great option. The taste is perfect, not too much and not too little. The instructions are easy to follow and they’re a hit with everyone!!

Delicious! It calls for softened butter not melted. I have made it with both softened and melted; it is much tastier if you melt the butter and slightly undercook them! The softened butter made them come out very airy and dry, that’s not my type of cookie, the melted butter makes them soft and chewy- yum!

Not good ...
Hard to mix, very dry dough , does not hold together. I made the cut out sugar cookies. The taste of the cookies is bad. This is a first cookie I have met that I did not like l. I tried the sugar cookie dough as I like the ginger bread cookie.
