The packaging probaby tastes better.
Zero flavor. They look ok as a cookie but why go to the trouble of turning on the stove. They have an institutional texture and chocolate chips taste like imitation chocolate. I have taken pro baking classes and am an avid home baker who adores baking and eating chocolate chip cookies. Many gluten-free recipes reference Bob's Red Mill, so I thought I'd try it. These are about the worst chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted. I don't understand the rave reviews. These are not for the discerning cookie lover, gluten-free, or not. . As there are other options out there-- skip it! .

These are awesome!
I normally make my cookies from scratch, but these are quite good. A little sweeter than I would normally make on my own. Great flavor and texture. Freezes well. Leave the dough heaped as they definitely flatten out when baking.

Excellent! Truth be told this this was my first chocolate chip cookie since the pandemic began And it was delicious. Crisp on the inside and a little gooey inside. Perfect I was afraid to make the whole batch at once, so I did prepare the mix and put it in a container in the fridge Let's see how that goes

Really good cookies with a few add-ins
My first experience with gluten-free cookie mix. I added ground pecans and some mini chocolate chips to the mix. Really good cookies! My family didn't notice they were gluten-free. They freeze well, too.

These gf cookies are delicious! They may look on the flat side however the taste is perfect. I made these for my celiac daughter.... I couldn't tell they were gf.. No after taste. I removed them from the pan right out of the oven and didn't have an sticking issues..
