Q: What color is it - gray - white or bone/ivory? Some customer pictures look gray but other look white or off white
A: It’s more of a beige grey color!

Q: Do you need to preheat the air fryer
A: We’ve had this air fryer for a few weeks and love it but I would recommend running it at temp for two minutes before adding food. I’m finding many recipes assume you’re preheating. Otherwise, add 3-5 minutes extra.

Q: Is there supposed to be a fan circulating sound? Mine has no sound just a clicking which I'm assuming is the thermostat the unit heats up and the screen works just no fan sound like other air fryers.
