This was a great air fryer for a year until it stopped turning on. Gourmia CS is terrible. Waited on the phone for 11 min even though I was “first in line.” Agent denied it was a known problem even though there are many reviewers saying their units stopped working.

Can't review the item, only the order. Target within 30 minutes of ordering and paying online (in itself a terrible experience) canceled it for "Technical reasons, order quantity, or payment method"; I ordered ONE and paid by credit card. So you go figure that one out. My first and only Target order and yet another reason why I ususally order from the other big box stores. Shame really.

Touch Controls Stopped Working
I bought this in Nov 2024. Worked fine for a few months. I like the size, as it doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter. About 3 months ago it became difficult to use the touch controls (they are unresponsive). When I touch the power button it takes a lot of effort/attempts before it responds to the cooking element I want to use (ex: air fry, bake, reheat, etc). I have to unplug, power up, press cooking selection many times, unplug, start over. It usually takes about 3 or 4 cycles of this before I can get it to work as it should. This was my first Gourmia product, so I am reluctant to purchase any additional products from them.
