Disappointing
Because I was satisfied with a previous VISIO TV purchase, I bought a 42 inch TV for my mother for Xmas. While the visuals are nice the length of time to set up was unprecedented. I also was not happy that the set up process will only take place if you sign up with VISIO, so essentially you are held hostage and you have to agree to everything or you will not be able to move forward. So everything my 86 year old mother does while that TV is on will be tracked and recorded. Crazy. If this TV wasn’t for my mother, I would have taken it back.

Useless junk
Setup for the TV doesn't work. Screen is stuck on the download app page. Did the download and added the TV to my account. TV setup then won't progress to the next step. Spent 44 minutes on the phone with support. No luck. Still stuck on download app page. Totally useless. Looks like I'll have to reture it.

Amazing Picture & Sound Quality

Never disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now have 5 Vizio TV’s in the house. There’s a reason I have 5 of the same brand…quality. I know that when I take the TV out of the box that setup will be easy and stress free. I recently bought a 55” unit. It is taking the place of a 47” set that was purchased 13 years ago. I have never had one problem with it and will be giving it to my daughter this weekend. I am super impressed by the new set. Easy to set up, beautiful picture, and the quality of Vizio!
