Have had a lot of problems since i bought it
Bought it 5 weeks ago. Many problems. Several tines the bluetooth stopped working and would not connect to headphones. Then all apps stopped working. Support reset tv which wiped out all apps and passwords. Major pain. Now bluetooth acting up again.

Why does it have to be this hard?
Bought this TV to replace an older, smaller TV in our bedroom. I just wanted something to watch cable TV but had to jump through too many hoops to get this new “smart” TV set up. The TV is really nice but getting it to the stage where we could finally watch it was painful!

Easy setup

The setup was super easy with instructions for every step. Menu usage is easy and customizable. The simple remote is easy to use and it’s great to have shortcut buttons. Not a good choice for free tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really bad grainy and washed out picture for streaming Roku and Tubi and all those similar channels Anything that is free television I did the research and it’s because they stream in 720 P or less And this TV alters the picture to try and match 4K, which destroys the image I could correct this with a Roku device button, this TV inputwill have to be changed every time you turn it on So I need to buy higher quality television. I did the research, but unfortunately, only after buying this one.
