When I first got this I absolutely loved it. Then the velcro wouldn't stick. So I was limited in what I was able to do. Any time I stood up, the brace would fall off.The strength of massage is pretty good. The heat is excellent. The charging time isn't that bad.

I've used this on my knees, elbows, and shoulders. Overall, I like it. It heats up really well. I've found that even if you want heat, the lowest or maybe the second-lowest setting, is enough. The highest setting is a bit too hot. Maybe, come winter, it will be good, though.The massage settings are really nice as well. I've used it mostly on the highest setting, and it would actually be nice if there was a slightly higher setting as well. I do like that you can use the massage setting, the heat setting, or both. Sometimes, you just want one or the other.I feel like it takes a little bit of practice to get this to work just right. That's not a critique of the product. It's simply that each person has to figure out what works best for them personally. You can adjust it so you are massaging below or above the joint. You'll also have to decide just how tight it needs to be to be effective.If I have one critique (other than it needing a slightly higher highest massage setting), it would be that it is a little hard to get on your shoulder by yourself if you have a sore shoulder. I feel like it's fairly easy to get it on my knee and my elbow on my own, but the shoulder takes a little more effort without help. I'm not sure that there's really a way to fix that. It's just an observation. If you are getting this primarily to use on your shoulder, you may only want to get it if you know that you'll usually have someone to help you put it on. It's not impossible to put it on your shoulder yourself. I've done it. I've found that it's just easier to have someone there to help me adjust it, especially if my shoulder is sore.I would recommend this massager to anyone who's looking for something to relieve knee, elbow, or shoulder pain. It doesn't completely go away, but it offers some relief.

The main idea of the product is good. The problems are:1.-You need 5 hours to recharge the battery completely.2.-The head is only behind where the battery/control is located; the rest of the knee is cold.3.-I have experienced some control malfunction when the heat and vibration are on.4.-Not much info on how to use it in the manual.

My son plays football every day comes home with some pain on his leg or knee. He use this pad so much and he loves it.

It holds a charge for a long time heats up super hot to give him some relief and the added bonus of massage therapy to, he even wears it to work it made a great gift

I love the portability and ease of use this heated knee massager provides! The different heat levels and ability to use the heat/massage independently is really nice. Personally I think it provides the best pain relief with both! The unit itself is not bulky and made of a slightly stretchy material wrap, making it easy to wear over leggings (or probably jeans, too). The controls are clear and function as they should. All in all, this has been very handy in keeping the pain at bay while allowing you to go on with your day.

This gets the heat right where I need it and I love how it's rechargeable so that I can charge it and then walk around with it on. Makes it so much easier to keep the pain relief going!! The vibrations aren't very helpful for my pain but I still give it 5 stars!

This is fantastic, and provides great relief for my knees. Very easy to get on in place, and has 3 different settings, to help massage and alleviate pains. This is great after a long day of being on my feet, and helps me relax and recuperate back to as close to 100% as I can get. This is a life saver!

works wonderfully well on muscle knots better when someone else is doing it on the back of your body.loads of attachments for all over body use.dont push to hard on max to start off till you get use to working machine.

Bought it as advised by our physio therapist who is using a similar massager. My daughter has tendon inflammation after an injury at gymnastics so we have been using it for 5 days now at home, it really is helping her and it is very easy to use.

I've been looking for a massage gun for a while and this is by far the best purchase I've made of 2021. It really helps with muscle soreness and aids recovery. The initial use does need some getting used to as it can be painful but it is well worth it. The additional head allow multiple types of massages. The speed settings are great and the battery lasts a lot longer than I anticipated.

This is a welcome buy.The only problem I have with it is getting it back off my son.Buy with confidence

I was thrilled when it arrived. I fully charged as instructed before using for the first time. And I used it. It was amazing.Then the next day the LCD screen would not turn on even with the power button on.To save your heartbreak, get another brand. This really disappointed me.
