It doesn’t take long for the gun tip to turn hot or cold either, and you can easily switch back and forth between them, or turn both off and just have a normal massage gun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, let me preface by saying I run distance in preparation for marathon running. My shins, feet, hips, and thighs all take regular abuse. This has multiple attachments to use on all the major muscle groups. The massager charges quickly and it will hold that charge for multiple sessions, making it easy to grab and use for the more forgetful. The heating and cooling attachment makes pinpoint therapy so easy! The heat element never gets too hot for the skin, and the cold is far more comfortable than the usual cryotherapy. It can be difficult to use on your own back, but a friend or spouse should appreciate their hands and forearms won’t be fatigued by long muscle work. It can also be a bit jarring when used on the upper shoulders. I preferred keeping it at the lowest settings near the neck. Overall, it’s a marvelous tool that belongs in any gym goer’s arsenal, and is thoroughly helpful (with enough percussion) to help those with chronic pain and tightness.

First off, this is my new best friend, it is just the right size and weight to work with. It comes with a small case that fits everything perfectly and I can bring it anywhere. It is very easy to use and works wonders on my whole body. It comes with the power base, a USB charger, and 4attachments, 3 are different molds for a unique massage, and the 4th one is my favorite attachment , the Hot/Cold attachment. For hot, it goes as high as 115• F and it feels amazing on my tired muscles. For cold it goes as low as 38• F which is perfect for pain. I absolutely recommend this PowerBoost Hot-Cold Therapy to everyone, especially for people like me who work in the medical field.

The best part is that it has a hot/cold function, it has 6 speeds and it also has 4 different attachments that I can use on it. Its battery lasts up to two hours, it is a very good size, it comes with a carrying case that I can store anywhere, It is of excellent quality. It's perfect!

It has four different attachments and 6 speed settings. The fact that this one has a heat and a cooling feature is what really sets this massage gun apart. My hips and lower back are always sore and using this massage gun has really helped. I really don’t think the battery lasts as long as it claims before I need to recharge it, but otherwise I really like it.
