Relaxing and amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This therapy gun is amazing, relives the aches off my muscles and is good for when you’ve hit the gym and just want something to relax your muscles. It comes with an app that gives you a demonstration on how to use and where to use which is super helpful and comes with different attachments too! I’d highly recommend for those with aches or had a hard session at the gym!

Bought as a gift after a good experience with the higher end models. This unit does not have enough power and needs to be run at the highest setting to do anything meaningful.

Bought this for my 15 year old son who is a dancer, and he says this is life-changing. He has also lent it to a couple of friends who have gone on to order one. Worth the money, especially if you have a dancer or other athlete

It includes 3 different heads and gives you clear and useful instructions to what part of the body you can use it.it fitted nicely into my hand and was comfortable to hold I started with my shoulders and worked down to my legs' used different speeds on different areas' for great results, charging was easy but you will need to buy a plug with the c charger port. Really good product

I have been using it to help reduce muscle tension and improve my mobility and relaxation. I also use the free Therabody app, which can be tailored to your goals, activities, and concerns, as I mentioned above. The gun comes with 3 percussion attachments - standard ball for allover body massage to reduce tension. - dampener reduces aches and pains, use on sensitive areas. - thumb can be used on the lower back, trigger points and to ease painful knots. My teenagers have also been using the Theragun and have downloaded the app to set up their own profiles. They use it to help warm-up their muscles before football training and then again to massage their muscles after a football match. This is a reasonable priced high powered massage gun that has multiple uses and can be used by the whole family.

It’s self explanatory and easy to use with massage tips and app to download and follow for directions. I would have liked to receive a bag to but changeable heads in to prevent getting lost as the box is too bulky to keep and store.

The therabody relief ahs been the saving grace for me, i actively feel knots loosen and sleep a lot better. I love the fact that there are 2 balls that you can use to focus on different areas of the body depending on need. I highly recommend this to everyone

Stylish, lightweight and efficient massage gun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We found this massage gun to be very sturdy, stylish and good quality. The design is ergonomic and lightweight. It came with handy routine cards with easy to follow instructions. It also came with 3 separate attachments which were easy to change over depending on the areas of massaging needed. The gun charges with a modern USB C charger but unfortunately there is no indication to know how much battery charge/life is left. It all came packaged in a very ‘posh’ looking box. The app is good but doesn’t connect to the gun itself. Other than not having a display or indication for battery level, a handy storage bag would’ve made this the perfect massage gun!

Great for tension relief ! After a big shopping trip
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this product after going for many massages over the years . The box was beautiful and very well packaged it looks and feels very expensive , the instructions that come in the user manual are good - but the small cards with where and how to perform the massage were fantastic . They gave you all the time , position settings and further info QR code . The noise is very pleasant not too loud . I think the first time I used it I was a little scared as it’s so powerful ( the vibration is very strong ) and didn’t want to do any damage but as I followed the cards with legs , neck quick guides on . I realised I would definitely be loving using this product. The colours are lovely and look very natural sleek and a high end product, This would make an excellent gift for someone to enjoy a massage at home all year instead of the costly trips to a Salon. You get various attachments / heads for different part of body and this is clear in instructions . I’ll follow the manufacturer instructions for maintaining this product but the quality is fantastic so I think this product will last for years .

Loved that it comes with a QR code to download an app to help you with using it like videos of different techniques. Not that you need help to 1st use it as its very easy to use.it has 3 different connections and 3 different speeds to help make sure you get it right for your needs. It has helped relieve tension in my muscles allready. Its easy and fast to recharge. The only downside is sometimes it can feel abit awkward to hold but might just be me so wouldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs any type of massage.

Surprising good for the body and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t usually write product reviews, but the Therabody Theragun Relief has genuinely earned one. This device has been a game changer in our home, especially for my partner, who struggles daily with stiff, painful shoulders and a bad back due to the physical demands of her job. She has tried heat packs, rollers etc, but nothing has come close to the level of relief this device provides. From the moment we unboxed it, the Theragun Relief felt well-designed, lightweight and easy to use. It is not bulky or intimidating like some massage guns. The handle is comfortable, the controls are simple and the attachments make it easy to target different areas without fuss. Even on the lowest settings, you can feel the deep percussive therapy working its way into the tight muscles. But the real proof is in how much it has helped my partner. After long shifts her shoulders are usually sore and tight, but within a few minutes of using the Theragun Relief she says she can feel the tension melt away. It reaches deep enough to even loosen the stubborn knots. She says it is the first thing that has given her proper relief. One big surprise is how quiet the gun is. It is also smooth and unobtrusive which makes it more relaxing to use. The battery life is very good too as we can go many sessions before needing to recharge it. It is also very versatile, whether it is shoulders, back, or calves, it has become part of our daily routine. Overall the Theragun Relief is more than worth it and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

A massage gun that's worth the investment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a keen runner, so any gadgets I can use to aid my recovery are always well received, so when I got the chance to try the Theragun Relief I was very excited! The first thing I noticed is that the rubber massager was a lot more impactful on the muscles compared to the plastic attachments I've used in the past. It feels like the muscles get a much deeper massage, without having to apply too much pressure. I adore the design of the actual gun, it's so ergonomic and easy to hold. You can massage with either hand, and can even massage your own shoulders! The pack comes with three interchangeable heads, covering either a bigger or smaller area of your body. It really is as simple and pull the old one off and push the new one on, but you know it's secure thanks to the little ball mechanism that holds the head in place. Battery life on this unit is absolutely incredible, I must have used this about 40-50 times so far, and still haven't had to charge it! Thankfully it uses a standard USB C charge port, so you'll always be able to find a compatible cable. I've always been sceptical of the more expensive massage guns on the market, but this has certainly opened my eyes to just how better quality these massagers can be
