I've seen similar massage balls for higher prices from brands, so figured I would try these out for stress/grip improvement. I can't tell the difference too much between the different densities, but after using these regularly for a few weeks I feel like they've helped with tendinitis! May not be for everyone though.

Recovery yes, from exercise or stress
I know it is supposed to be to be a recovery ball, but the least resistance one I use a stress ball. The medium and heavy resistance I use to recover, but the lightest one I find just using it when I need to destress.

Stress balls but better!
As someone who fidgets a lot these rule! They’re like more resistant stress balls. I’m using them to improve my grip strength and strengthen my hands for my aerial silks practice. So far I’ve enjoyed them!

Great for improving hand strength and helping with thumb stiffness
This set of three hands strength balls are very easy to use with varying degrees of firmness. The balls are different colors to differentiate between them and they are also slightly textured so they won't slip out of hands while using them. They are many different ways to use them and have helped stiffness our cramps in my thumbs. Fits in most hand sizes too!

Three Balls to Help Your Fingers
I've had some trouble with some finger pain lately, so I was happy to receive this set for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. Essentially, this is a kit with three balls. They range from firm to soft, but honestly, I can't tell a lot of difference between them. I'm hopeful that repeated use over time with strengthen my injured fingers.

These seem to be nice. They’re comfortable to hold, easy to clean, and have a slight difference between each one. I appreciate there being three different strengths so I can work my way up and ease up if needed.

Great for holistic hand care
These exercise handball sent to us by the Hey Bullseye program in exchange for our honest review came at the perfect time. My father husband experiencing some arthritic hand pain and the three balls that come in this set are all of different squishability. One is very easy to squish, the next a little bit more difficult, and then the last hard or much more like a handball. My dad said that it actually felt quite good to squish the ball and I love anything that is going to help him without the use of any additional medications!

Definitely different. I have carpal tunnel and usually the exercises they want us to use are squeeze balls. This set comes with a soft, a medium, and a firm ball to squeeze and I must say I like using them all based on how my wrist is feeling. This is great!

Great for PT
I recently broke my arm and had surgery, so I've been doing physical therapy. I brought this set to therapy and my therapist approved of them. I used them during my therapy exercises and really felt like this was a high quality product with appropriate tension in each one. Worth it!

Nice set of Hand Therapy Balls!
This Hand Recovery Kit is a nice set. It contains three hand therapy balls; soft, medium & firm. They are the perfect size to grasp in your hand. Nice colors, nice texture. My only complaint would be that they easily collect hair or dirt if dropped on the floor.

Three set balls to help stretch hands. Three different strength sizes. They are a good size i have smaller hands and do not have an issue with the size. They do pick up dog hair and such very easily
