Q: I'm confused by the rule: "You cannot play on the blocks that are hanging on the surface of the tower. You can only build on the middle horiztonal row." Can someone say this a different way for me?

Missing pieces.
The game is fun but our box is missing the L shaped pieces so if you play by the block on the card we clearly can’t since we’re missing pieces. I contacted the company and instead of sending me replacement pieces they told me to return the game and buy another. I don’t see how this would be helpful as doing this could end in the same result.
