You take turns pushing one tooth and than pass to the next person. If you push the wrong tooth the crocodile mouth closes and you are out. Last person to stay in the game wins.

A: This is not the Hasbro Crocodile Dentist game which is larger. I mistakenly thought it was. It is really small.

Worked for a day. Never dropped, not pushed down improperly, just quit closing. The original was far better in it full size version the tweezers to pull teeth, sound affect, and movement.

This is a timeless toy that doesn't require batteries, takes a little brain power, and has an element of surprise that rambunctious little ones love. My toddler is also super destructive and wreck less but has yet to break this so that's pretty impressive!
