Neither Target nor Tineco offer replacement filters or brush rollers for this unit, despite recommending replacement every few months. This is a huge problem because you won't find the issue until after you've opened the box and used it for a bit, thereby not being able to return it. If I could return it today, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Terrible product placement and planning by Tineco.

Won't turn on flashing red
Great the handful of times I was able to use it however suddenly wouldn’t turn on and spent days going back and forth with their support team that must be in a different time zone as I would only get a reply at 3AM. Offered to send me a replacement handle but told me they could not replace the mop itself, not sure how a handle is going to help but guess I’m stuck with this overpriced mop that won’t turn on. Customer service is awful and if a mop cost this much and stops working less than 60 days into having it I sure wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I care about.

Inconvenient
It says that it vacuums along with mops, but it doesn't vacuum good at all. You have to go over some spots several times because it does not get all the mess fhe first time over. It does mop pretty good, the stains on the ground come out relatively easy. VERY difficult to take apart and clean. I threw mine away after 2 weeks of using it. It is more of a inconvenience to keep than throw away. Disappointed because of the price. It also was missing a piece when it arrived in the mail, which made it even more inconvenient to use.

it seems like a great idea till you have to clean it. The inside collection set up becomes super disgusting and smells awful. If you are diligent about cleaning the vacuum-mop after you clean your floor it would be fine, but leave it for a day or two it smells awful. Also it does not clean pasta sauce or maple syrup well.

Sub par cleaning performance… I spent twenty minutes trying to remove the handle to no avail… it really soured my mood and is incredibly poor design… an appliance that requires a single person to put together and operate shouldn't require that a person have a team of three or six arms and the strength of a weightlifter to remove a click-in handle. I tried using leverage and it's still not coming out!! Plus, I can't get anyone to answer the phone at my Target to inquire about returning this product. Target + Tineco = Terrible Customer Experience. 😡

You will spend $$$$ on item and on parts
As much as this item helps cut down on housework, the head ache of ordering new replacement pieces makes it not worth it. It costs a lot of money for new filters and rollers and you can’t directly order them. You have to message with someone or call to get parts ordered. It is the most difficult process ever. Very impressed.
I really like this mop. First off I was hesitant, had purchased a larger one from another store for around $500 and it wouldn’t charge after one use. But this one works great. Super lightweight, actually self propelled when moving across the floors. The only issue I’ve had is if something is really stuck on the floor like jelly (I have 5 kiddos) then you have to slowly move over the spot a couple times to get all the sticky residue. Other than that, highly recommend. Oh and only use the cleaner that is recommended.

It worked great the first month. By the second month, it stopped sucking up the dirty water. I unclogged the dog hair and the next time I went to use it, it was not sucking up water again. I returned it since it was within the 90 day return period.

Very efficient
Quick clean up and leaves floors with no residue. The hammerhead corners are made of hard plastic and can damage baseboards so have to be careful.

Would not recommend!
This HammerHead model cleans well but falls short in major areas such as self-drying, suction power, and charging. I would not recommend it. The unit has no self-drying function, and the self-cleaning cycle is loud. It doesn’t run for long, but it leaves the roller completely wet. Tineco recommends cleaning and drying the roller after each use, which completely defeats the convenience of a vac-mop if I have to take it apart every time. The suction power is insufficient and leaves the floors noticeably wet after use. This hasn’t been an issue with other models I’ve used, including other Tinecos. The charging system is not built into the base. After each use, you have to reach down to the floor, pick up the AC cord, and plug it into the unit. This is ridiculous, as most other vac-mops have charging integrated into the base. Not only do you have to connect and disconnect it every time, but the cord can’t be hidden in the base. Even on sale, I would never recommend that anyone purchase this model. It feels like they removed all the conveniences a vac-mop is supposed to offer.
