Extremely aggrivated with even dirtier floors
The first time I used it, it wasn’t bad but left swirl marks on my floor. No biggy! The second (and last) time I used it, the dirty water was not being sucked into the dirty water tank, it wasn’t sucking anything up, and now my floor is covered in dirty water that has left a visibly noticeable residue on my floors. To say, I’m angry is an understatement. I will be returning this asap!

Didn’t have a chance to try it. The item was used and damaged and returned by someone. I got home and realized that the handle had been broken and reattached, and there was no cleaning fluid in the box. This item is too expensive to be secondhand.

An Exciting Gift turned Disappointing Gift

Works well for a week or two, then falls apart
I have used this for less than a month. I clean it daily and take it apart to dry each night. The brush roller smells moldy and the entire unit is leaving puddles of water. I have tried to fix it and follow tutorials and what it boils down to is a faulty machine. Don’t buy this. I’m out almost $200.

Bought the original tineco vacuum mop that went viral years ago. After five years it finally retired and was time to upgrade. I got this one on sale, and figured it was worth a try. A few notable differences: this is much heavy but propels itself forward, the mop function is not a separate button on this model, and the dirty water tank is much harder to clean. The run time also seems shorter, if I go slower in one section of my house, I will typically run out of battery before finishing the rest. Pros: propels self forward Uses less water, so floors dry quickly Swivel head makes cleaning around toys and small objects easier Great for daily maintenance cleans Cons: heavy Dirty water tanks is very difficult to clean Self clean will not start if battery is low, even though it is plugged in Base is not self-charging, so you have to plug it in each time The machine cleans well, but for the price I would go with a different model

Neither Target nor Tineco offer replacement filters or brush rollers for this unit, despite recommending replacement every few months. This is a huge problem because you won't find the issue until after you've opened the box and used it for a bit, thereby not being able to return it. If I could return it today, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Terrible product placement and planning by Tineco.
