Dont waste your money on this one.
The instructions say to change the filter and roller brush every three months, but you cannot buy a filter or roller brush anywhere for this model. I contacted customer service and they were going to send me a replacement roller brush since I was still under warranty, but this was about two weeks ago I have not received anything yet. How did it not been for this my rating would've been five stars.

Defective charging
I received this and immediately set it up to fully charge after reading the manual. The cycling lights indicated that it was charging, however, it kept stopping after about 8-10 minutes and went straight to dark. The manual said the lights should continue to cycle as it charges for about 5 hours until one solid green light indicates full charge for 5 minutes before turning off. That never happened. When picked up and placed back on the charging dock, the green lights would start cycling again, then shut off completely after about 8-10 minutes. I ended up returning it for a replacement, only to have another that did the same thing. But this time I decided to use the product first, then try recharging it. That didn’t change anything. However, I was very pleased with it when it worked. It cleans floors really well! I loved it. But it’s defective. I left it on thw charging dock even after the lights turned off after 8-10 minutes. It appeared to fully charge overnight even with the lights not indicating. But there’s no way to know if anything else is wrong and the battery will fail sooner than it should. I returned it for a full refund. It’s a shame that a good product had a defective lot. I ended up buying a Shark instead, and from Amazon and not Target.

Used it the day I got it, of course after the required charge time, and we loved it! I loved how it vacuumed and mopped at the same time. I haven’t played around with the settings, but the initial setting was easy to use and was very durable. One thing I noticed with my real hardwood floors was at certain angles you could see streaks from the cleaning solution (if you know, you know), but wasn’t sticky on the floors so I can work with it!

i bought this product and when i got it home it was a box that had been taped up. i didn't see it right away because it was put in my back seat when i picked it up. Then i opened it and I noticed that it had been opened up. i began looking inside and on the roller it was filled with dog hair. it was totally disgusting. i was very disappointed in the service from Target. they did replace it with a new one but said oh yes sometimes they don't check before putting the product back on the shelf. That was sad to hear that.

Must Have Vacuum Mop!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tineco GO H2O HammerHead MessDetect has made cleaning my fooors so much easier and, honestly, enjoyable! It automatically senses when an area of my home needs more attention/suction and will adjust I am mopping. My floors always end up looking freshly cleaned without all of the extra effort I used to have to put forth from using a traditional mop. It’s super lightweight, quiet (perfect for using while my toddler naps), + easy to steer around furniture. The suction is amazing and it dries super fast without leaving streaks!! It is crazy to see all of the dirt that it picks up (so satisfying). Cleaning feels much easier now and I am obsessed! It is definitely worth it in my opinion!

The Smartest Vacuum I’ve Ever Owned!

From the intuitive settings on the vacuum, to the floor mop functionality, I can't believe it's taken me so long to try a wet/dry mop vac! It is for sure powerful, so you don't really have to lead it where you want it to go. It pulls you in the right direction, making it easier on your hand/arm. My floors have truly never been cleaner! The cleaning solution for the mop function comes with it, so you're ready to use it right out of the box. It also comes charged, so you don't have to waste any time charging it before using it. The setup was insanely easy - we put it together in under 5 minutes. My husband and I both tried it out numerous times since receiving it, and we are both super impressed. We are now very much Tineco fans!!! :) What a great invention.

A mom’s cleaning dream!!

Great For Pet Owners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted the Tineco Hammerhead Mess Detect and it’s been a big help in a home with five pets. It picks up hair and dirt and I like that it separates the dirty water from the debris so cleanup is easier. The different modes make it flexible depending on how messy the floors are. I personally have gravitated to “Auto” the most. I have also been adding their solution to the water reservoir for some extra oomph. The charging base is convenient since it catches leftover water and doubles as a self-cleaning station. Overall, it has made cleaning quicker and less of a hassle (and dare I say…fun)!

My Apartment Cleaning Routine Has Been Cut in Half
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just finished my weekly floor clean, and I am genuinely amazed by this Tineco. As someone living in an NYC apartment with all hardwood floors and a dog, my old cleaning routine was a nightmare. It was at least a two-step process: vacuum everything, then get out the mop and bucket, which just pushed dirty water around. This Tineco has completely changed my cleaning routine. It's a powerful vacuum and a mop all in one, so I can do both jobs at the same time. It's cordless, light, and has cut my floor cleaning time in half. The MessDetect technology is brilliant. You can see the smart LED display turn from red to blue as you go over a mess, so you know it's actually clean. My favorite part is that it continuously uses clean water. The Flat Lean Design is also a huge win for apartment living—I can finally get everything under my couch and bed without moving all the furniture. When I'm done, I just pop it on the self-cleaning dock, and it cleans the brush and tube for me.

A game changer!

No more lugging a mop bucket around and getting water everywhere, the fact that it vacuums and mops all in one is such a game changer! The suction is really powerful and picks up everything from crumbs to dust to whole pieces of cereal, effortlessly! The rolling brush does a really good job or getting my tiled floors and hardwood floors clean too! The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish the rolling brush could scrub a little harder at caked on floor messes. I tend to have to spend a few extra minutes on those to finally get them clean. I LOVE that it self cleans after use and the fact that it’s wireless! I can easily set it on its dock to charge after use. Overall it has seriously changed the way I clean my floors. I’ll be picking one up for my SIL and mom for Christmas!

My floor have never been so clean

I love that it’s a vacuum/mop duo so I don’t have to switch between different tools and it’s saved on space in my small apartment. My favorite thing is the mess detect feature because it guides you and shows exactly where to clean. It leans back to fit under furniture and tight spaces which has helped so much and it’s so easy to clean after use. It picks everything up in one pass, works on all types of flooring in my house, it’s lightweight so it doesn’t hurt my back, and it’s simplified my entire cleaning routine. I also love the sleek minimal design. If you have pets or kids this will be your new best friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used another vacmop for about a year now and I always dread cleaning our hard floors because it’s such a process. I have to fill the water/ solution tank and empty the dirty bin multiple times before I’m all done. Also the real pain was cleaning multiple parts of it after! The second I tried the Tineco I was OBSESSED! It makes cleaning so much easier than before!!! I fill the water/ solution tank only once for all my floors and only have to empty the dirty bin at the end!! This strategically uses the perfect amount of water/ solution mix for the mess it detects!It also does everything automatically on its own, no more holding down a button to spray water the entire time!And the self cleaning is AMAZING!!!Highly, highly recommend!

Being cordless means I can get my whole house mopped in less than 20 minutes plus it has a great swivel and the ability to get right up next to the baseboards. It has a self cleaning feature but I think its always best to deep clean it manually every once in a while too which I haven't had to do just yet.

Never thought I'd be this EXCITED over a Vacuum!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always struggled with finding a vacuum that wasnt super expensive, but that actually worked and this one definitely met both affordability and power! I have always wanted the viral cordless vacuums but never wanted to pay the hefty price, but this Tineco 2-in-1 is beyond that! I literally get excited to clean my floors now. The self cleaning is HUGE!! Probably my favorite feature. Having the ability to lay flat and still vacuum/mop is super super beneficial as well. Feel like a little kid in a candy store when using this!!!!
