We're really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide + Downy April Fresh Liquid Laundry Detergent. We understand it must upsetting to have it underfilled. We have strict quality controls and it’s unusual for a bottle to leave our plant with less than the proper amount of product in it. So, each of our detergent bottles contains at least the number of ounces stated on the pack, and our bottles are designed and filled to allow for proper pouring. The bottle may not appear to be full as space is left for product to help with pouring as without some “air space” at the top, pouring the liquid would be very messy, likely causing spilling over the pour spout.
