Very good product

Works as a light sleeping medicine. I usually take 4, which works in 45 minutes and lasts 5 hours or so. I tried others but only this and Valerian works.

Calm, the natural way
I have been using this product for about 3 months (Was using similar product before, which is no longer available). Easier than making myself a chamomile tea every night! I take one capsule in the morning, and two before going to bed in the evening. It relaxes me just enough in the mornings to feel tranquil while going through my work routines. At night, it helps me to fall asleep quickly and since I started taking it, I feel I am sleeping more soundly. Better than a sleeping pill any time... and natural! I am 71 and it's doing great for me. My daughter (38) who is under stress at work and was having trouble sleeping, has also began to take it before bedtime, and she tells me that she is sleeping better.

I use this for sleep and stress relief. It is pretty gentle on my system as far as effectiveness, but I usually need more of everything for it to work on me. I will buy again to supplement my sleep and stress regimen because it is so inexpespensive and has three good time tested ingredients.

You can not ask for a lesser expensive natural sleeping pill. These capsules have a very strong valerian aroma and seem to be very effective escorting you into a dreamy state. Take two and within a half hour you will definitely start yawning.
