My favorite supplement
I originally purchased this because I wanted something to help maintain cardiovascular health. This has helped greatly with that and more. I've been having a lot of stress lately and when I started taking this I noticed that I was in a much calmer mood and I didn't feel as stressed out as before. My cardiovasular health has improved as well. I LOVE this supplement. The price is great and it's hard to find motherwort that is 400mg or more. This stuff works and I'll keep buying it for as long as it's being sold.

Good for PMS
I begin using this supplement to help ease PMS symptoms. I start about 8 days before I predict my period to start, and stop 3 days into it. It does not eliminate all of the symptoms, but it makes them more endurable so that I can stick to my daily routine.
