I seems to absorb very well as i have not had any symptoms of low magnesium. It is easy on the tummy and digestive system and flavorless! Easy to ready instructions, two capsules daily. Magnesium and ashwagandha has an absolute calming effect, especially mixed together. These will literally help you feel less stressed. I love that they are gluten free. They are the perfect size and are easy to swallow. All you need to do is take 2 a day and they should last over a month.
