This works really fast!!
Pleasantly surprised at how effective this was. First morning I took it about 30-45mins. later it was working. You can feel it in your stomach but no uncomfortable cramping. Also it's a one and done kind of relief, no morning spent in the bathroom.

I hesitate to give 5 stars sometimes, but if something seems to be legit, then sometimes it’s deserving of a 5 star rating, whatever it might be. That’s the case here, as this combination seems to be very effective. In fact, I’ve thought this particular thing has sometimes been more effective than the cascara in higher dosage by itself, or Senna higher dosage supplements. They all work, and this lower dosage shouldn’t be more effective than a higher potency herbal “helper”…but maybe it’s the combination of the ingredients. And I like the lower dosage for those times it feels I just need a little “help”, or a smaller, ah, push, instead of a high potency KAPOW sort of thing.

Healthy Alternative to Chemical Filled Stool Softeners and Laxatives
I've had constipation/digestive issues my whole life. Age and salicylate sensitivity to most fruits and vegetables have made my problem much worse. This supplement seems to work much better than the over-the-counter stool softeners I've been taking. I only take one a couple times a week but may start taking every other day to add more fiber intake and increase frequency of bowel movements. For me, it takes awhile to work but my digestive system has always been extremely slow. I've been taking a daily Magnesium Oxide supplement for a long time. It helps me sleep but doesn't seem to help me have more frequent bowel movements.

Great Product
This product has worked great for me. I've always had a problem with bowel movements. I take two of these pills at night before bed and have a good bowel movement next morning. Excellent price. As long as the price stays the same, I will continue to purchase from Swansons

I think this product works fairly well in keeping the digestive system moving. I alternate this with magnesium so my system does not get use to one thing. It's not harsh at all.
