Guar gum
I love it. I take one capsule twice a day. Since I've been taking it I've been more regular, and even notice overall improvements in my house. Really like the product!

Gluten Free cooking

Fit my Needs
This product was suggested as an aid to my Henna & Indigo application. I do a 2 step process and add about 10 caps to my Indigo for smoother application. I have been using this since March 2014. It has helped with the Indigo not being so gritty and messy. I am happy with my purchase plus the price is great too. It was much higher at health food stores.
