A great fiber supplement
I take psyllium because I read that it helps with lowering sugar in the blood, lowering blood pressure, and keeping the intestines healthy. My abdomen certainly feels better.

Not pleased with psyllium husk capsules
Well I'm not really happy with what's up this product I am and I am going to go back to what I've been using whole husk psyllium that seems to work much better for me and I will not be ordering the psyllium powder anymore either I'm not really pleased with that it just takes too much to try to dissolve it and when you get it dissolved is thick and I find that have to add more liquid so I don't know if I'm getting the benefit that I need

Make your move naturally.

A Good Product
I thought I would try this product as an alternative to Metamucil, which, though it tastes OK, is inconvenient and expensive. The Swanson Psyllium Husks work well, are easy to take, and are a cheaper alternative.

These are a Great way to supplement the fiber that we should be getting every day. I, like a lot of people do not get enough fiber in our daily diet. Swanson’s psyllium husks are a convenient and safe way to make sure we get that recommended amount.

Low cost and effective. My Dr suggested that regular use of psyllium supplement was just a good practice.
