    Fantastic product!

    Loved it, but it broke within a few weeks. The fabric stretches, and the massager gets stuck and can't spin.

    Material is too stretchy

    I loved the heat feature, but after 3 months, the fabric became loose and tangled in the rollers, stopping them from working. Untangling it didn't help, and it just stopped working.

    Wish I got this sooner

    This will definitely save me money from going to a masseuse. It digs deep into those tough knots. It hurts sometimes, but you'll feel great afterward. Definitely give it a try.

    It works well as a massager, but the fabric covering the massage balls is thin and flimsy and breaks after a while. Don't buy it.

    Defective

    I bought this on September 28th, and by November 3rd, it completely broke. I barely used it for an hour at a time, and it started making loud clicking noises. Then it just stopped working on one side. The rollers seized up, and it made a really loud noise. Of course, the return window had already passed, so I ordered another one, and it broke almost immediately. I'm getting a refund and buying a higher-quality one.
