Q: I'm trying to use it and nothing is coming out besides a few water droplets. When I looked the product up it says the snow cone will be ready in seconds and I've been holding it down for two minutes.

Lacking power and speed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary from Sharper Image and inFluenster for my honest opinion. This machine is compact and I love the orange accents. I also love the little cups and spoons that come with it. But it is extremely slow at shaving ice. You do have to manually hold the top lid down to shave the ice, there is no button. If your only using it occasionally it would be a good option, but for extensive use I’d recommend a bigger more powerful one.

space friendly for small kitchens. only thing is it is sooo slow and very load.

Simple and practical
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and design, it’s very cute. It’s lightweight and not bulky so it’ll fit on the counter for regular use but you can also store it without taking up too much space too. I must say, I had no idea how pricy the syrups are. Best to get a bundle deal. It’s very simple to use. I love the texture of the shaved ice because it absorbs the syrups well and you don’t have to use as much as you think. This would make a great gift, especially for children.
