Works out of the box
Works as advertised. I purchased 2 of the largest purifiers . One for the living room which connects to the kitchen. And one for the master bedroom. Easy to setup. Connected the one in the living room. 10 to 15 minutes it reached 100, while cooking dinner it dropped to 81. Recover back to 100 in about 25 minutes after done cooking. I always purchase Ninja products. May cost a little more than the other brands, but they just work.

Its OK for certain uses
I got this a few weeks ago to help with issues we have with some smoke from our pellet stove on startup or if food gets over cooked to preclude the smoke alarms going off.. It seems to be ok but we still have a smell so it doesnt get all smells out of air.. Maybe it will work better with allergens or pet hair but for smoke smells of pretty much any type its not that great to us.We cant use automatic because it never speeds up enough to do any good. It always seems to show good air quality, so we have to use manual 95% of the time. So by using manual on higher speeds, we will have to replace the filter far sooner than claimed on videos or manuals. Be aware of that.

Love it so much that I ordered another. It’s super quiet and I feel like it genuinely cleans the air. I like seeing the air quality reading on it at 100%. I know it works because we have ours set up near the kitchen and anytime we cook we notice the air quality reading drop some but soon after it gets right back up to 100%

Exceeded my expectations
I have used this air cleaner for 6 months and am extremely satisfied with the performance. It is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to maintain. I bought a hand held air gun for cleaning electronics and it works great to clean the removable screens. I noticed a difference soon after installing it. I am considering a second one for the second floor.

Love hate relationship
I bought 2! They take even the good smells out of the air! They run all the time as I have plug inns and wax melts going. I want it to leave the good smells behind! I haven’t bought any other product to compare it with but definitely cannot speak ill of them. I haven’t bought any dogs and in just three weeks cannot believe the difference!

I bought two of these air purifiers. The two big takeaways are: 1) They are highly efficient and very quiet! They only turn on automatically when the air analyzer identifies that particulates in the air need to be removed. This saves primary energy use and keeps the air fresh. 2) They have integrated scent production using remarkably well-priced scent pods. Makes the rooms smell really nice but not with overpowering scents. A definite benefit. The purifiers put Hunter purifiers to shame.

Seems to work great....for a week
Broke after 5 days, making a horrendous squealing noise whenever running. Called for support and they couldn't replace it for a few weeks, called back and they still cannot replace it. I'll be honest I'm getting pretty mad at the whole ordeal.

Not Worth The Price
Not worth the price. You can get units much less expensive that do the quality of work. Didn't help much with odors when cooking or anything else for that matter. Also, my house is still dust as a contractors workbench. If wasn't to late I would return it.

Not sure about the accuracy and no odor control.
This sensor did nothing when I sprayed cleaner or air freshener near it. Still showed 199 percent clean air. It did react to blowing smoke into it. The air freshener pack smell is not noticeable unless I have my nose right at it. I’m not sure it works well as animal smells are not cleaned. The carbon should be cleaning animal smells. My blue air one removes odors whereas this shark one doesn’t seem to. I do like the size and quietness of it. My house is less than 1400 sq ft so it should be cleaning my whole house but it doesn’t seem to be fresh even though the air quality shows 100 percent.
