Q: One spot it says it covers 600-1500 sq ft and in another spot it says it covers 600 st ft. How much does it actually cover? Will one of these work in a 1500 square ft home?

A: The unit is designed to cover approximately 650 sq ft. If your home is 1500 sq ft, you may need multiple units or a model with a larger coverage area. We do offer other units that cover up to 1400 sq ft, which you can review on our Shark website for more suitable options.

Works out of the box
Works as advertised. I purchased 2 of the largest purifiers . One for the living room which connects to the kitchen. And one for the master bedroom. Easy to setup. Connected the one in the living room. 10 to 15 minutes it reached 100, while cooking dinner it dropped to 81. Recover back to 100 in about 25 minutes after done cooking. I always purchase Ninja products. May cost a little more than the other brands, but they just work.

DON’T BUY
I am so disappointed with this air purifier. After only a month of use it started malfunctioning, saying that my air quality is always really low, even getting stuck at zero for extended periods of time. My air quality is not that bad, and even if it was, the unit should be filtering the air and the quality should improve. I did all of the steps in the troubleshooting guide and then went through the warranty process and had the unit replaced. The new unit is exactly the same. Shark really needs to go back to the lab with this one and make a product that actually works.

Great Buy! Love Shark products
Love my air purifier! It has helped with dust and some smells in my apartment. At first, I thought I wouldn’t be able to have it in my bedroom over night, but I tried it and it is so quiet! You can also totally dim the lights on it. Being able to just clean the mesh screens and not change the filter so often is a plus! I believe the filter will last around 5 years (depending on your household needs).

I have had it about 2maybe 3 weeks now & ive seen NO difference? It ALWAYS says 100 air which i k ow is false! I have 7 pups & none of the filters have been dirty with dust,hair which we have a lot or anything! I just feel like it blows out scent periodically & thats it!

Exactly what I expected.
It works as intended. I'm using it in my master bedroom suite. I like that the remote control from my previous shark he401 works with it. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are expecting it to do. The only issue I have, is the sensor on this model and my previous he401 model react to my humidifier in the winter.

Don't buy this one.
I have the large size in my living room. It picks up all the cooking smells and cleans them away. No issues. I have the smaller one in the room with my litter boxes. It does absolutely nothing. Says the air is 100% all the time. The room is no bigger than a closet. I had it in my master bedroom first and it did nothing for the dust. Smaller one needs work.

Instructions Could Be Better
Just bought this as a recommendation from a friend. Set-up instructions were easy; however, it only came with 1 page and nothing about the control panel settings. It took me a long time to find my model (the website is huge) and finally found the manual. But, the font is so tiny on the control panel I had to get magnifying glass to read. Shark can do better. You should send complete instructions with this product. Some folks do not have internet and capability to read tiny font. Please improve. Hoping this unit does what it's supposed to don.
