Easy installing and set-up

I have always had Samsung TV's, my last one I was having trouble working so I upgraded to a 55", none no problems installing and getting it to meet my needs. It was a great investment.

Excellent picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Samsung TV I believe had a great picture. It was 7 years old and was on 16 plus hours a day. I had an accident plugging in a ambience USB led light which shorted out the TV. My new TV's picture is stunning. The remote control is difficult to operate. It uses pictures instead of words explaining the function. I get confused and have difficulty getting out of the menu. But I do love my television .

Love this TV

Got you, Emily — here’s a casual, personal version that weaves your mom in naturally: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love this TV I bought the 75” Samsung QLED and it’s been fantastic. The picture is super crisp, the colours pop, and it still looks great even with sunlight coming into the room. Movies and sports look amazing. Setup was painless — and the real test? Even my 78-year-old mother had zero trouble figuring out the remote and the smart features. That alone makes it a win. The built-in sound is fine, but it really comes to life with a soundbar. Once we added that, it felt like a mini theatre at home. Overall, I’m really happy with this TV. If you’re looking for a big screen that’s easy to use and delivers a gorgeous picture, this one’s absolutely worth it.

Terrible rendering and contrast

I have been so disappointed with this TV. I am glad that I purchased the VIP warranty. Had to replace the main panel twice already in less then a year. It still has a difficult time rendering dark shadows. Watching darker shows like Wednesday or Black Rabbit is nearly impossible.

If the image you’re seeing doesn't meet your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to the picture settings. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience.
