Roku plus series tv
We have been long time users of Roku. We have had the boxes and sticks over 20 plus years. This is the first Roku TV we have owned and we are very satisfied. It's very user friendly, the picture is clear and the sound is good. We stream shows and movies with ease.

Just what we needed.
Still learning the newer Roku remote and system but I love it. I tried another, smaller TV that would have worked but had the Google OS. Not a good fit for me. I left the Android years ago for a reason. Back to Roku and now I’m happy-She speaks my language.

Great picture! Very simple to set up and hang on existing wall bracket. Definitely has the best sound from a flatscreen that I have ever had. Replaced a cheap fire tv that was absolute garbage. I have been using Roku products for over 10 years and will always continue to do so.

Excellent quality for the price
I had a Roku streaming device long before I had a Roku TV. When it came time to replace my TV, at first I purchased a Samsung because my previous TV was a Samsung and it had a good picture quality. But the new Samsung I bought had a confusing, hard to navigate interface and I couldn't find my streaming apps very easily. I took the Samsung back and got a Roku TV instead, with its easy to navigate interface and my streaming channels right in the middle of the screen and easy to find. I honestly feel the quality is just as good as other name brands and am glad with my choice.

Great TV! Easy set up. Great price. However, when I pause during live tv, come back and hit play, it does not work. I then need to exit from the show and reselect to play.

TV didn’t last even 2 years
Had this TV for less than 2 years and it just died. Spent hours on the phone and chat with Roku help and their finale suggestion was “buy a new TV”. What a joke. I think I’m done with Roku and their products.

It works but has flaws
It works but you should expect that. It has nice a nice picture and sound but that's about it. Now for the problems. The power cord is permanently attached so you can't change it for a longer or shorter one. If you wall mount it and don't have a plug behind the tv you're in trouble because the power cord is less than 6 feet. Also the wall mounts screws are located near the bottom of the tv so it could be hard to center. The remote also has to be paired with the tv so it may be hard to use a universal remote. The remote is also not IR even though it looks like it is. You can turn off the voice control which I like.

Absolute Trash Heal
I’ve owned this TV for about two months. In the time that I have owned it, it has sporadically shut off requiring regular (2 to 3 times a week) factory resets using the reset button on the side of the television just to resume normal operation after a catastrophic crash. I have worked through every single possible solution in the absolute nightmare, which is the tech-support threads, and at this point I spend just about as much time troubleshooting the television as I do watching it. Even when it is operational, the apps are painfully slow and crash constantly, even though it utilizes a hardwired ethernet connection. When I watch movies and TV via their own respective streaming applications on my Xbox everything works fine, but when the Roku TV crashes and I have to conduct a factory reset, I am required to set up the TV again, which brings me into an endless loop rendering the TV completely inoperable. I would not spend a penny on this or any other Roku product moving forward , due to lack of tech-support, quality, control, and functionality of the device

Nice tv but has network issues
TV is nice. Good picture. Great interface. Mine however has to be restarted almost every time I turn it on as it constantly drops connection to my WiFi and that’s the only way I found for it to reconnect. It really makes a nice tv a bit of a pain to use. Other non-branded Roku TVs in our house do not have this issue.
