Q: I just bought this today and put in brand new batteries. The orange remote is flashing red and will not operate. Both the remote and car have brand new batteries. Is there anything I can do?

A: Hi Colleen. Please make sure the ON/OFF switch on the vehicle is in the ON position. During playtime, you will need to press on the Top Reset Button on vehicle’s roof (every time), then press any button on the remote to start. In the event the remote and/or vehicle are not responsive, press the RESET BUTTON on the remote to continue playing. If the remote and/or vehicle still fail to connect, switch the vehicle OFF and back ON again. Then press RESET BUTTON on the remote, followed by pressing any button to start. The Battat Team

I bought these for my little sisters for Christmas and after only 20 minutes of play, the cars stopped functioning. They will not turn, and barely move forward. It appears that the motor they put in them is not strong enough to move the cars.

Stopped working right away.
Super cute idea, thought it would be perfect for 5 year old twins. Haven’t even given the gift yet. Put brand new batteries (10 AAA) in before wrapping so they could use them right away. I was playing with it to see how well it works and one of the remotes stopped working in less than 5 minutes. I tried another set of batteries and still don’t work. Guess it’s going back to the store!
