It did a very good job at cleaning my room carpet and picked up dirt that isn’t visible to the naked eye. Not as heavy as some other carpet cleaner vacuums I’ve tried in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans pretty well, easy to assemble and easy to use. This isn’t going to get out any super ground in stains but it will help. Disassembling the machine itself to clean is HARD though. The instructions are unclear (blue tabs were at one point referred to as green tabs, which led to much confusion. Once we got it apart the pieces themselves were easy to clean, though.

It also has an extra arm that helps you reach different places where the machine cannot reach. The solution it brings removes all existing dirt and eliminates stains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampooer was very easy to assemble & use. It comes with hose accessories and shampoo solution. It is lightweight and has a wide cleaning path. It is easy to dispense the shampoo solution via the trigger on the handle. It has good suction and great brushes/bristles to help in the cleaning effort. The cleaner itself seems to be very sturdy. My only wish is that both the fresh & dirty water tank had a larger capacity. They are both very small, and the dirty tank fills very quickly. This shampooer seems more suitable for small spaces due to the size of the tanks. My carpet is much cleaner, as evidenced by the photos. I used this cleaner in a high traffic area. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used the product it went okay. The product came with no instructions so I had to google them. Preparing for first use was easy, just add the detergent and water. When I used it on carpet, it dispensed the formula well but did not do a great job vacuuming up the dirty water. I used a whole tank of shampoo and the vacuum only picked up maybe half a cup of water. Then, cleaning the unit was nearly impossible. Way too many pieces to take apart just to have to try to figure out how to put it back together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here’s a before and after…I think the vacuum did really well considering this carpet is ~20 years past due. It seemed to have just brought the dirt all to the surface, I think if I kept going over it then it would have gotten cleaner eventually but this was about 6 passes and about 2 refills of the solution tank. It was super easy to use though, it does have settings for different carpet lengths that was also helpful.

All you need to do is add the cleaning liquid with water and clean away and then empty the dirty water from the bottom. Takes up to little space. Great for a gift for anyone with carpet. It will make their life a lot simpler.

I didn’t realize how dirty they are until I tried this machine!! It was very easy to set up and fill with the included shampoo and hot water. The machine itself is lightweight, easily maneuverable, and has a good length power cord. The controls are large and easy to read. The capacity isn’t huge and I was able to do about a 6ft square with one tank of water. It would take me close to 2 tanks to clean a larger room. However, it does a fantastic job cleaning! It has great water flow and excellent suction. It’s very satisfying (and disgusting) to watch it suck up the dirty water! 5 stars for cleaning ability! Where it loses points with me is the actual cleaning of the machine itself. The instructions are confusing and the process is sort of complicated (like really- you want me to take the belt off the driveshaft?!) Cleaning the machine each use is important but it’s a giant pain. 3 stars for ease of cleaning. Overall I think this is a great machine for smaller rooms!

It is very good and practical and you do not have to pay a company to clean your carpets and it is fast and easy and it will last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Prolux Carpet Shampooer Cleaner Machine from Influenster and Prolux in exchange for an honest review. This shampooer was very easy to assemble. The tanks were pretty easy to clean. But it was hard to clean the rollers. I couldn’t get the piece off so it’s full of dog hair. It left my carpet very wet after shampooing. Even after going over the area several times. I think I will stick with my old carpet shampooer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations for this cleaner and was very disappointed. The machine itself was packaged very well when it arrived. When I first turned on the machine the rollers were not moving, after many minutes of fiddling with it and running it back and forth over the carpet they finally kicked into gear and began working. While I enjoy that you can control the amount of solution that is dispensed the suction was terrible. I had to make very many passes over the same area and even then my carpet was still soaked. For a machine of this size I expected much more powerful suction. In the end I ended up bringing out my older machine, which might I add was much cheaper and going over the carpet to remove more of the solution. I attempted to use the upholstery attachment, but I did one small spot and stopped. The handle sprayed an insane amount of solution out, way more than you would expect for upholstery. The suction also was not good with the attachment. I do not believe that this cleaner is worth the price tag, and needs a major overhaul.
