Good not great
Compared to my helix force vacuum that I had for years, this vacuum has very little power. The suction is weaker and does not pick up all of the debris. For how small it is, it does the job, but definitely not well.

Purchased vacum today, puttting up together was a little longer than I thought it would be. I like the small vacum and lightwight easy to put in the hallway closet when done. The only problem is the brush attachment is there a part missing... I purchased the vacum today. I was able to attach the other stuff except this one part. My question is was this a return merchandise? Neverthless, the vacume picked up stuff on the carpet in fact had to empty it twice. Its runs powerful, with a 1800 sq ft home this work for me.

Nice compact vacuum
Light weight, really picks up the dirt and dog hair. Don't like the cord holder. You have to wrap the cord too many times due to the small amount of space between the hooks.

Questionable Machine
I was slightly disappointed upon opening the box. Not exactly up to Bissell quality. I is powerfulbfot it's size. I knew it was lightweight which was good due to my arthritis but it's kind of cheaply made. The attachments, all three fall off, when using. The hose near the bottom becomes detached. Now the belt has broken inside of month of purchase. One must remove five screws to get to the hose for replacement. I can see those eventually stripping. I've had lots of vacuums and Bissells but this is not well made.
