Rest assured, the ceramic nonstick surface is PFAS free for healthy cooking. The griddle’s backstop ledge, low-profile styling, and cool-touch base help you serve hot meals or appetizers right from the griddle. The Control Master® heat control maintains the desired cooking temperature automatically. For cleaning, the slide-out drip tray empties easily, and the griddle is fully immersible with the heat control removed.
