not a premium appliance
the one I picked up from Target had a large gap in the door (first photo), so I had Breville send me a replacement, which has a slightly smaller gap in the door 🤦♀️ (second photo). overall it doesn't work as well for baking as my cheap large oven, but I'm keeping it for the convenience and the large air fryer capacity. Don't be fooled by the price, you're not getting a premium product here. look elsewhere.

Faulty screen after one heating.
After the 20 minute initial heating before you use the oven the screen went blank search that you had no information in terms of temperature or anything else. Some touching of the buttons resulted in a flickering of the screen and based on what I’ve read on the Internet, it seems it may resolve after keeping the oven off and going back on. However, I feel it is ridiculous to have a brand new oven at this price level already malfunction. I’m returning the item.

This oven is fabulous. I almost don't need to buy a new stove/oven (ours died Christmas eve morning!!) We cooked a 5 lb prime rib roast in it and it performed amazingly. We have since used most of the other features whilst awaiting our new appliances delivery and are really happy with all of them. It is versatile, attractrive and efficient. It will go down to the wet bar when new appliance arrives but I may just start cooking a few things downstairs!!!! Definitely recommend!

I loved every moment of using this oven. We used it about one a day. This morning, after owning it for only a month, it gave an 06 code, which only the company can fix. it's Christmas Eve Day, we've recycled the box, company arriving shortly. I'm not so happy.

I would not buy any other counter top oven than a Breville. My last one lasted over ten years so my only choice was to replace it with a twin. We just bought a new 36" range but each time I want to bake or roast or air fry, we go to the Breville. It's a brilliant machine.

Just what this cook needed
I wasn't sure I needed another oven, but oh do I use it! So handy on the countertop for heat-up meals. Does a great job with roasted veggies esp sweet potatoes. Worked great for single serve pizzas (made with a tortilla wrap crust.) Love that it shuts off automatically when finished. I bought a slider mat (that's also heat protective) so it's easy to slide back in the corner when not in use. A cook must have designed this!

This is the 2nd unit of this type model, and the 5th Breville toaster oven we have purchased. That said, this is the best damned toaster oven on the market. We have used, and continue to use, these types of small ovens multiple times per day and almost never use the built-in standard house oven anymore. We like this size model the best. Large enough to very properly cook a medium pizza on a round pizza stone (measure first). One can also cook different foods on the different rack levels, all at the same time. Controls are versatile enough to cook just about anything, however one wants to do it, sophisticated fancy or just heating something up quickly so we can get going. It is a VERY consistent performer.

Overpriced Junk
Overpriced junk. Thin metal. Door does not shut all the way. Does not cook to recommended cooking instructions on packages. Everything has to be FAFO cooked. It is a little faster than our large oven but basically cooks the same and not convenient. Waste of counter space.

Beware of PFTE coating!!!
I’m so upset and disappointed with this purchase. I purchased this oven thinking I was making a safe choice to keep my family away from PFOAs and PFTE that is so common in air fryers only to find out today that the Breville oven’s interior is coated with PFTE otherwise known as Teflon!!! Even though the food will not be in direct contact with the Teflon, the Teflon will release toxic fumes when heated. How can I in good conscience continue to use this product?!?! I also can not return it back Target since I’ve had this for 3 weeks now and obviously thrown the box away. This was a very expensive mistake that I cant afford. I feel so deceived by Breville, a company I have trusted for many years. I don’t think I can trust buying anything from them again.
