THE ROCK by Starfrit 19-In. x 13-In. Electric Griddle features a patented Rock.Tec manufacturing process. This treatment is steel pellets that harden the surface of the grill making it tough as a rock. With unparalleled nonstick performance and ultimate scratch resistance, this griddle will stand the test of time. It is large enough to cook a full meal: meats on 1 side, eggs on the other or steak, fish or chicken on 1 side and vegetables on the other. Breakfast griddle.
I got this as a gift for Christmas. The griddle gets properly heated closer to the heat control so it takes longer to cook bacon for example. The grease catch tray does not line up with the griddle drains properly do you need to place a paper towel to catch the over flow.

Great Item
Large enough for a family of 4 to cook breakfast or dinner on. The legs are sturdy and won’t break easily. I have had other flat top griddles and they aren’t built as strong. Love this product and would definitely recommend.

Mediocre
The element and heat displacement design leaves hot spots on the cooking surface. The overall width dimensions make it a little difficult store while not in use. Although I like the grease catcher the slot for it is a little smal and sometimes need to “stuff” the food bits into it.

I love the griddle. It is my third and I am giving it another chance as my previous 2 quit unexpectantly on me. This one is fantastic and I am following the instructions to the letter. How ever the one handle has started to shatter and break away from the grill. Now another problem and as i try to submit for parts all I get are return errors on the website. This may be my last one. it sucks.

Amazing size!
The size is Amazing! I'm making pancakes every Sunday in batches of 8 now. (They are 5" diameter pancakes)2x rows of 3 and the middle town has 2(in between the 2 rows of 3)they cook evenly and require very little rotating.

This is the one to buy.
It is exactly what I was looking for. An indoor grill for making a nice weekend breakfast all on one surface. It cleans up easily. The entire surface gets hot evenly. I am leaving g this review because I looked at other reviews that helped me choose which product would work best for me.
