What hapoened to the quality???
What happened??? I have been getting this same toilet paper for 4-5 years and it has maintained the same good quality. I just bought some in December 2025 and you can tell the quality is so bad now. It’s super thin, literally sounds like paper when ripping it. Not soft at all. Super upset!

Been buying this for years because of the quality. Thin paper, roll size is down by 40%ish. I will be definitely looking for a new brand elsewhere. Just raise the prices, you are anyway, instead of throwing cheap stuff at us.

Not the same quality anymore
I've been using this toilet paper fpr years. I thought I bought the wrong variety this time, but upon checking my purchase history and seeing recent reviews from other customers, I realized I did buy the correct item. The quality is just not there any more. I now get paper residue on me all the time, not noticeable until I get in the shower. The toilet paper feels thinner too. I have no reason to ever buy this variety again. I'm annoyed that I have to look for a replacement now.

I’ve been using this paper for years. It was actually our favorite no matter the price. Yet since the rebrand I find it thinner and not as nice as it used to be. Think it’s time to go back to Charming or Cottonelle. Whoever took over your private label TP definitely not as good.

I can't believe Target actually put their name on this truly wretched toilet paper. Everything about it is just plain bad. I will never buy and target brand TP again. Where is your quality control? You blew it Target !
