WARNING Hair Loss!!!
Causes extreme hair loss!!! I had started losing massive amounts of hair (and I have a lot if hair) and when it occurred to me that it might be the shampoo, I immediately stopped using it. Less than 2 weeks after I stopped using Herbal Essence my hair stopped falling out.

Love this with my hair!
I have fine, thick hair with waves, some grey, and some curl. Love what this shampoo does for my hair/ scalp! I am very picky and normally have to change shampoos periodically or alternate with others for functionality. I am exclusively using this shampoo and conditioner and loving it’s effects on my hair.would love to be able to access the larger size bottles. Will you ever offer original HE shampoo fragrance?

Very cleansing

Second, the pump is easy to use and the size of the bottle is awesome! I’ll be using it for a long time lol. Third this makes my hair super clean and doesn’t strip all the moisture out like other shampoos I’ve used in the past. I wish I saw this in time to get the duo pack with conditioner but it pairs well with my other conditioner too!!

It lathers out very well and leaves my hair feeling clean and still with some volume. The scent is a bit light for a Herbal Essence product, in my experience scent is one of the best things if their products, I was expecting something more intense and delightful. Scent is rather light but still pleasant, not a distinctive actual honey smell, though. I’m so glad is sulfate free, it makes it less abrasive for my color treated hair.

Not going well.
I do not find this shampoo greasy, heavy, or perfumey. It is not a smell that I would choose myself, but it is not a deal-breaker. However, this shampoo actually itches my scalp more than a traditional sulfate shampoo does. There has not been a single sulfate free shampoo that did not irritate me even more than sulfates do. My experience does not speak for everyone but it is still frustrating.
