    First miss

    This is the first product I've disliked from Pacifica after being a fan for years, but this had to go straight in the trash. It was clumpy and stuck to the applicator. Unusable.

    Clumpy Mess

    Bought this yesterday with high hopes! It's terribly clumpy and unusable. With no expiration date, I have no idea if it's too old or just a bad product. Disappointed. Pacifica's marketing team is on point, products need to catch up!

    Save your money and do not purchase.

    This tint is extremely thick and dry. It literally crumbles as I apply it to my eyebrows and leaves small beads of product in my eyebrows. I absolutely DO NOT recommend.

    Awful!! Skip this purchase. The formula is soo clumpy and dry. The spoolie is difficult to use due to being at a weird angle where a lot of the product gets stuck on one side while the other side isn't fine enough to disperse the product adequately. Skip this!

    Too dry

    Dry, looks like 2016 brows

    It’s really dry, at first I thought maybe I got an old one or something but reading the other reviews it seems like everyone else is having the same experience with this. I wanted it to work bc I like the brand but it doesn’t work or look right. Very dry and clumpy!

    Not happy with this

    So not happy with this, I have been using an eyebrow brush from Thrive that works great but since I use a number of Pacifica products I thought I would try it. Yuck, it's cakey and leaves little color pieces. The brush is no good for brows, I want to hit the individual hairs not paint a brow!

    Nice!

    This was among one of the first Products I got from Pacifica from a local store and I appreciate it. It does get a little clumpy but it's not the end of the world. I recently purchased another from the site. The product is exactly what I need and have been looking for, hopefully the new bottle wont have the clumps.

    Very clumpy. When you put it on you have to then go back and comb out all of the clumps. Not easy to use at all. Don't waste your money.

    Bad smell?

    I bought this from Ulta and I LOVED it initially. But then it started to smell horrible? Almost rancid. It smelled bad enough for me to discard but I wanted it to be my ride or die. Not sure if it was a defective product. But the glass bottle is stunning and the tiny angled brush makes this incredible. I loved it! Just wish it didn't smell bad after only a month or two of use.
