Smears to easy!
I had high hopes for this brow pencil after seeing several influencers on Instagram compare it to a similar pencil from a popular brand that is more expensive. Sadly, I made several attempts to apply it and it smeared right away, seemed soft and oily. Very disappointing, I was really hoping it was as good as the other brand I've been using.

The brand who makes and sells this brow pencil deserves an award. I’ve never had such a perfect matching brow pencil. It’s smooth like butter and is forever my go to brow product for natural beautiful brows! I deducted a star for the shipping issue I had with Target, they need work in that department
