[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this rug elevated my living room in a way I didn’t expect. 10/10!

Love the pattern and look of this rug but we’ve now had it for over a year and still continues to shed. We have this in our living room (I think it’s the 9x13) where it’s also high traffic so that could be a factor. Either way we have to vacuum multiple times a week and sheds on our clothes if you sit on the rug at all. Probably best for a smaller area where traffic is not high.

Did not receive this item. I received something completely different!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug has the most horrible odor . I put baking powder on it then sprayed it with Febreze. Nothing made the smell go away. I could only take the smell about one day and I had to remove it from my home.

Gorgeous rug.

The color & quality of the Melrose grey rug is fine, but the odor is stong. There is no sign of mildew on it, but it has a moldy smell to it. Just opening the box, I could smell it.

It's a medium pile, feels soft under foot, and while it sheds a little (the price you pay for a wool rug!) it's definitely not as bad as others I've had in the past. The color is as pictured and it's really just a beautiful rug. Very pleased and a great value for the price.

I also wish it was a bit more softer -that's the impression i got from the details and reviews but to me it feels slightly harsh, and my dog won't lie on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know how to rate this rug. We do love it as it brightens our family room, it looks modern and minimalist. But we also hate it as it sheds TERRIBLY! Our socks and clothes got all dirty from how much the rug sheds. And if you’re like us, who actually gets rugs to sit on, instead of just for your room to look good, then I must say that this isn’t a good rug for that. It feels prickly when sitting on it and especially if you’re wearing black, it will sticks all over your clothes. We ordered the widest/largest size so it’s cumbersome to return. We’ll just keep it and keep vacuuming it daily, which is so frustrating on how ridiculous it fills up our vacuum cleaner in like 10mins of vacuuming, just like some other poster posted about it before.
