Tha only thing I would change is that it comes in a cardboard box and nothing else. The box gets ripped up easily. I would suggest it rolled and put in plastic, it might hold up better but I love it and I will be back!

It's pile is great, color is accurate, had no problem with unfolding/creases, or with shipping, everything was great... no hidden surprises...Except... my cat instantly believed that this carpet was the best thing in the world for her to scratch. In the first week she had destroyed a section of it. This is no fault of the rug itself, there was absolutely NO defect, it was just my demonic cat. I am devastated, but hope I can save all of you cat owners out there the same emotional rollercoaster I have had.

Sheds and must buy a thick rug pad

This rug also sheds after multiple passes with a vacuum to try and pick up the loose nap. The color is good and the size is great (we went with the largest size available).

A lot more white in the green texture

These are what surprised me when I received the rug: The "low" squares on the edges aren't actually cut lower, they are looped. This part snags more (cats!) and has to be clipped.I thought the main body of the rug was solid green, but it actually has a lot of white fibers throughout that create a variegated texture. I wanted a solid green, but the white is okay I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we’re happy with the rug, it looks great in our space, however the inset squares are not as defined in person as they appear on the site, the color has a slight variation as well. The biggest downside though is the sheer amount of shedding - even with minimal foot traffic, the carpet looks super worn and dirty at the end of the day and requires cleaning up - everyday you can pick up about a baseball size of fuzz that comes off the carpet which feels excessive for the price.
