i love deep-fried foods, I really do. But then my doctor said i had to go on a diet, and i didnt know what to do, i have used air fryers in te past but they generally suck, then i got this iteam and it was life changing, the double basket function is amazing the air control is perfect and the fact that i can make two iteams and finish at the same time is very convienant

Terrible air fryer
Literally bought this air fryer only 39–40 days ago, and out of the blue 3 days ago it made a loud bang while cooking chicken. The screen went completely blank even though the fans kept running. When I checked underneath, I saw one side of the fryer had malfunctioned and the fan stopped working. Completely unsafe and unreliable for something less than two months old. Returned it on 9/20 and won’t waste my money again. I’ll be sticking with Power XL air fryers from now on—they’ve always been dependable. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Long preheat, soggy food
I’ve had this for 5 months and hate it. This air fryer takes a long time to preheat. My oven would probably be preheated in the same amount of time. You must preheat to get up to temp. Once the timed cook finishes, it loses its heat. So if you want to put food in for a bit longer, you have to start the preheat all over again because it’s not up to temp. Does not crisp food. Nuggets and fries are soggy or cold with recommended times. Had to add time. It works well with pancake bites if you only use one side of the fryer (which defeats the purpose of having two baskets!).

I thought the people commenting were being a little extra but they’re not. This air fryer is not good does not crisp and also it’s too bulky , and the doors get stuck while trying to close them and it’s very slow do not recommend! You are better off with the ninja indeed it is a bit more expensive but you are getting your moneys worth with it compared to the gourmia .
