Worst shampoo and packaging

The packaging on the shampoo is horrible. It’s so difficult to use. It does not lather it makes your hair flat and greasy, and the scent is horrible as well. For the price this does not perform.

The smell of this is heaven!!! I can still smell it the next day too. And it works really well. As for the packaging, you have to open the lid and pry out a piece. Once you do that it will work fine.

Frustrating packaging

Love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. BUT, the packaging makes it impossible to get the product out of the bottle as needed. In order to use it, you have to remove the cap completely and squeeze some out into your hand, then screw the cap back on. It’s just frustrating when the top is clearly made to be popped open, but nothing comes out no matter how hard you try. This will keep me from purchasing again.
